2. Platform services
TurkLists is a digital platform enabling users to publish listings, search/filter listings, discover products/services, and communicate with other users.
TurkLists is not a direct party to transactions between users unless explicitly stated.

4. User content and listing responsibility
You are responsible for content you upload and share.

User content license
Ownership of your content remains with you. By publishing content, you grant TurkLists a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for platform operation, promotion, technical processing, display, and formatting.
5. Prohibited content and prohibited use
5.1 Illegal or regulated products/services
- illegal weapons/explosives
- illegal drugs
- stolen goods
- counterfeit/pirated goods
- unlawful medical products
- other legally prohibited goods/services
5.2 Fraud and deceptive behavior

- false information
- impersonation
- listing non-existent goods/services
- deceptive payment/delivery/investment/job promises
- spam and pyramid schemes
5.3 Rights-infringing content
- IP infringement
- personality rights violations
- harassment/hate/discrimination
- unauthorized sharing of others' personal data
5.4 Platform abuse
- unauthorized scraping/crawling
- attempts to bypass security
- disrupting platform operations
- excessive duplicate listing
- wrong category usage
- traffic-only content
- abusing reporting systems
6. Moderation and enforcement
- reject/remove listings
- suspend/terminate accounts
- restrict features
- request identity/doc verification
- notify competent authorities where required
7. Paid services
- featured listings
- sponsored placements
- premium membership features

Refund and cancellation
Refund/cancellation rights depend on service type, purchase-time terms, and mandatory applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights are reserved.
8. Intellectual property
Platform design, software, interface, brand assets, logos, and TurkLists-created content are owned by TurkLists or licensors unless stated otherwise.
9. Privacy and personal data
Personal data processing is handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable KVKK obligations.
10. Disclaimer
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted, TurkLists is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Mandatory legal exceptions remain reserved.
12. Indemnification
You may be responsible for direct damages incurred by TurkLists due to your breach of these Terms, unlawful content, third-party rights violations, or platform abuse.
13. Account closure and service termination
Users may close accounts; TurkLists may suspend/close accounts for violations, security risk, inactivity, legal necessity, or abuse suspicion.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of updated Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
16. Severability
If any provision is invalid/unenforceable, remaining provisions remain effective.
