About
The union may acquire movable and immovable property to achieve its goals and carry out its activities, engage in any economic activity, including economic and technical cooperation, establish economic organizations, create funds if necessary, and participate in already established enterprises or funds. The union carries out activities and initiatives aimed at solving the problems of Ahıska Turks in the countries where they reside and in Turkey, such as citizenship, residence, education, and work. In its activities aimed at achieving the above-mentioned goals, the union acts in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Turkey, as well as with the constitutional order and laws of other countries where Ahıska Turks live.
