About

The objectives of TAMA are as follows: 1. To promote, enhance, and improve the health, welfare, and well-being of Turkish Americans in the United States. 2. To encourage interest, awareness, and activism in local and national political arenas concerning issues affecting Turkish Americans. 3. To foster communication among members and support the exchange of scientific knowledge through meetings, discussions, and forums. To contribute to the continuing education of its members and other medical professionals. 4. To collaborate with private government agencies, organizations, and institutions and to raise funds, solicit donations, or obtain resources by other means for the charitable and philanthropic purposes of the organization. 5. To provide public information and advisory services to Turkish Americans through seminars, courses, social gatherings, publications, and individual interactions.
