Today, Acıbadem has more than 50 information offices outside Turkey. International patients are warmly welcomed at our Health Point desk as soon as they arrive at the Turkish airport. Guests can use Wi-Fi while waiting for the transfer. Our patients will be transported directly to the hotel or clinic by private transport. At the Health Point desks located in clinics, our patients are greeted by translators (fluent in 20 different languages) who will accompany them throughout the treatment.
